Kia Ora, Bula, and Namaste, My name is Risha, and I’ve been proud to call Aotearoa home for the past 25 years. I have been the Director of The Playhouse Pre-School since November 2022. I strongly value the relationships we build with our tamariki, whānau, and wider community. These connections are at the heart of everything we do, and I believe they are key to helping our children grow with confidence, curiosity, and care.

Kia ora, My name is Staci, and I’m a fully qualified and fully registered teacher with 16 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. I’m deeply passionate about supporting tamariki as they grow, learn, and transition to school with confidence. At the heart of my teaching practice is the belief in the power of meaningful relationships—with tamariki, whānau, and the wider community. I am committed to helping each child develop a strong sense of belonging and a lifelong love for learning.

Sri Akaal, I’m Amandeep Kaur, a provisionally registered Early Childhood Education teacher. I moved to New Zealand from India about eight and a half years ago. My teaching philosophy is grounded in the idea that children thrive in stimulating, inclusive environments where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. I strive to provide meaningful resources and opportunities that encourage children to express themselves, take risks, explore ideas, and engage in their own learning journey with confidence.
